Are you ready to help candidates launch their careers? Pro Staff is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to join our team in Sauk Rapids, MN. Pay: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM In this role, you will plan, organize, and conduct employee onboarding and ongoing training in various skills, policies, and compliance areas. You'll facilitate new hire training in collaboration with HR and line managers to prepare employees for their roles in a manufacturing environment. Identifying training needs and evaluating existing programs will be crucial, along with designing and acquiring new training materials. You will work closely with production supervisors and managers to deliver necessary training, administer assessments, and track results. Additionally, you'll arrange training logistics, support record-keeping efforts, and perform other related tasks as needed. Qualifications: Experience as a machinist in a production environment preferred. Basic understanding of CNC operations, blueprint reading, and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers). Familiarity with machinery such as mills and lathes; basic welding knowledge is a plus. Knowledge of ERP systems, especially Epicor or Oracle. Ability to manage deadlines independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation abilities. Proficient in multimedia training platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in a related field required. At least two years of experience in a related role preferred. Why Join Us?
