DescriptionProvide primary support for Talent Acquisition and Compensation Teams, and SBH Departments in reviewing, tracking, and reconciling position management. The HR onboarding specialist will assist with inter-department onboarding of incoming candidates. The HR onboarding specialist will manage all posting schedules under 1199, JSF, and SBH, and will track internal transfer applications for departmental review. The HR Onboarding Specialist will generate multiple reports, including vacancy reports, Active & Draft reports, and PAF transition reports for HR and SBH Departments.Duties and ResponsibilitiesGenerate tracking and updated Active & Drafts, and Vacancy reports for Compensation & TA Teams.Write and post all vacancies consistent with organizational policies and collective bargaining agreements, including in-house internal posting schedule.Assist in onboarding incoming candidates.Assist in management and coordination of internal transfer and transition requests with PAF's.Comply with all regulatory agency standards in the recruitment and onboarding process.Manage Applicant Tracking System to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment and onboarding process for SBH & UCHC.Apply Collective Bargaining Agreements as necessary for positions including, but not limited to posting requirements.Any duty as may be assigned within the scope of the job. Effectively communicate with patients and others about SBH services in their area(s) of expertise or responsibility and ensure that concerns, questions or issues reach the right person(s) in SBH in a timely manner.QualificationsMinimum EducationBA/BS degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.Minimum Related ExperienceMinimum of one year experience in HR or Talent Acquisition. New grads will be considered.Demonstrates understanding of EEO guidelines and what constitutes potential discriminatory pre-employment practices.Experience in working at a healthcare/hospital setting, or knowledgeable of the healthcare/hospital industry.Familiarity with union environments and Collective Bargaining Agreements.Experience in scheduling and coordinating.Minimum Certification RequirementsPHR and/or SHRM-CP preferred.Minimum Computer SkillsSome experience with various HRIS Systems: ADP, Kronos, Taleo, etc.Advanced knowledge of MS Word/Excel, Internet, and Outlook.Advanced knowledge of advertising media and websites.General SkillsGood listening and organizational skills.Ability to coordinate and plan timely events.Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.Exceptional written and oral communication skills.Effective time-management capabilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
