Onboarding Specialist
Our client in the Galleria area of Houston is looking for a Onboarding Specialist! Must be OK being fully in the office and typically working longer hours!

As an onboarding specialist, you will partner with key executives and decision makers in the firm and assist with the onboarding process of new hires!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- MUST have presentation skills, strong communication skills, be engaging, be comfortable answering questions and speaking to people of all ages/skill set range. They need organizational skills and will be handling guest speakers.
- MUST have experience with onboarding and completing pre-hire responsibilities.
- Need organizational skills and will be handling guest speakers
- Experience with updating deck slides and giving presentations
- Scheduling and assisting with onboarding sessions
- All other job duties and tasks assigned
Qualifications:
- 3+ years? experience in onboarding and pre-hire responsibilities. Must have presentation experience!
- Bachelor?s degree in business administration or similar field required
- Self-starter with minimal supervision
- PowerPoint experience or other platforms
- Coordinating onboarding sessions and timeline
- Exhibit strong organization and follow through skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as interpersonal skills
