Overview:
Retina Consultants of Texas (RCTX) is seeking an Ocular Oncology nurse who will function as the liaison between the patient and the patient care plan. This role will manage the patient care plan by counseling and educating patients regarding surgeries, treatment plans, pre- and post-op care, and treatment side effects. This role will be empathetic to the patients needs and effectively communicate to those involved in the patient care plan.
This position is based out of our Flagship office in Belliare with travel to our Woodlands and Katy Clinic. This candidate will also provide surgery support two days per week in the medical center. The candidate will be able to support the clinic's variable hours (Monday - Friday, 6:30 am to 6:30 pm). Schedules are provided weekly and are based on the physician's clinic, patient and surgery schedules.
