Primary Goals:Identify/prepare lots to be sold on our CTBids online auction site with an aim to sell each for $75Support the team by assisting in the final clearout of items, as neededSpecific Responsibilities:Work with Site Manager/client to define the liquidation/clean out planIdentify/separate saleable items from the remaining household itemsGroup saleable items in lots to maximize sale valueAs needed, research items to confirm saleability/appropriate descriptionsClean, photograph, and describe items in our CTBids Sellers appPrepare saleable items for photographyPack auction items as needed to facilitate an efficient and safe pick-up processGreet customers as they enter and leave the pick upEscort customers as they locate purchased itemsBreak down equipment and return items to storageCoordinate/facilitate charitable donations, as neededCoordinate and manage proper disposal of recyclables, as neededCoordinate/discard garbage disposal at client sites, as neededMaintain a working knowledge of how lots are selling on CTBidsMaintain a working knowledge of online auction/buyer trendsRecommend new ideas/approaches to improve sales/marginMaintain a positive work environment for clients and co-workersSupport the Caring Transitions brand through professionalism and compassionSpecific Requirements:Experience buying/selling via online sites, estate sales, or other methodsValuation knowledge for household items, collectibles, art, jewelry, tools + moreFlexible work schedule, with availability M-F, 9 5Technically proficient at learning/leveraging software packages/tools as neededSmart phone and reliable transportationIdeal Candidate:High energy self-starter who proactively develops solutions within a team environmentProven record of success in related endeavorsDependable, trustworthy, and hardworkingStrong interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal skillsPowered by JazzHR
