We are looking for a highly-skilled professional who strives to give every golfer a great experience. We encourage our team to have fun, work hard, and to maintain professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the workday. This role is located onsite in Eden Prairie, MN.The Fitting & Support team works hard to offer excellent customer service to all 2nd Swing golfers and plays a very important role in helping to achieve our mission of Best-in-Class Service. Online Fitting Associates play an integral role at 2nd Swing because of their ability to positively impact a very large number of golfers and their experiences.The ideal candidate will have a very good understanding and passion for the game of golf, call center experience and be successful in creating customer relationships. A positive attitude, high energy and dedication to professionalism are traits that we look for in potential candidates. We are looking for individuals who are willing and able to handle multiple tasks, possess communication skills, and the desire to learn.Responsibilities:Achieve a high level of golfer engagement and satisfaction through all touch pointsCommunicate with golfers via phones, emails, surveys and online chatGreeting customers warmly and ascertaining problems or reasons for contactMaintain customer accounts by recording and updating account informationMaintain knowledge of products, prices, delivery times, promotions, and similar dataEngage in continuous training around product and equipmentAssist with the placement of orders, returns, exchanges, and refundsContribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as neededPreferred Qualifications:Two plus years of previous sales or customer service experienceClub fitting certificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent business experienceRequired Qualifications:2 years golf club fitting experienceAbility to multitask, handle varying daily priorities, and meet deadlines consistentlyKnowledge of the game of golf, golf equipment, and the desire for continued learningPhysical Requirements:Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekendsProlonged periods of sitting, standing and bending#J-18808-Ljbffr
