Job Description - Online Customer Service SpecialistBill Cole Automall is looking for competitive, motivated, team-driven professionals to join the Bill Cole family in a full-time capacity as an Automotive Online Customer Service Specialist.Job Description:Handle all incoming internet, email, social media, text, chat, and phone inquiries.Respond to inquiries in a prompt, professional, well-spoken manner.Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection.Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them to set appointments for proper vehicle demonstrations.Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.Work with all Sales and Management staff to obtain customer satisfaction during dealership experience.Skills / RequirementsGood verbal and written communication skills.Available to work Monday through Sunday from 8:30 AM to 7 PM, or any variation during open business hours.Ability to adhere to attendance guidelines, requiring regular attendance as an essential job function.Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required.Self-motivated and goal-oriented.Able to hit sales quotas and closing percentages.All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license.#J-18808-Ljbffr
