Job Title: Tutoring Coach Salary: $15/hour + bonuses! (minimum monthly income for the first 3 months = $250) We are seeking experienced tutoring coaches to join our team. Our coaches provide one-on-one and small group instruction to students in various subjects. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, has a strong subject matter expertise, and is able to create a positive and engaging learning environment for students. Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to students in various subjects Assemble and implement lesson plans that are aligned with student goals and learning objectives Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents Contribute to the development of teaching tools and activities for lesson improvement Attend regular meetings with trainers or other coaches to provide feedback and share best practices Conduct fun and gamified lessons Conduct provided assessments material to track student progress Communicate with students, parents and the team Upsell when possible for other programs or services within the company Requirements: An Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field A minimum of 2 years of Math tutoring/teaching experience Experience teaching children between grades 1-3 Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success Be available for at least 20 hours per week and mostly during the day time Maintain less than 2% No Shows per quarter $250 Quarterly Bonus: If you hit the supercoach requirement of teaching 100 lessons in one quarter.
