Reporting to the Head of Libraries Education and Assessment, the Online Learning Librarian will lead the strategic direction for the Libraries online learning presence and integration into ODU Global. The Online Learning Librarian is responsible for the development and assessment of the Libraries tutorials, videos, and guides that are aligned with the universitys information literacy and research-related learning outcomes and courses. The Online Learning Librarian will collaborate with other librarians to identify or develop appropriate online learning tools for subject areas as needed. The Online Learning Librarian will conduct library instruction, and online workshops and programming designed to engage undergraduate students and will provide 1:1 research support to undergraduate students. The Online Learning Librarian will represent the ODU Libraries on university committees related to online learning.
