As the Online Marketing Analyst, you will be instrumental in researching and providing key insights into market dynamics, competitor landscapes, customer behaviors, and ongoing marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on organizing and optimizing marketing data to inform strategic decision-making within the Marketing & Communications department and running paid search campaigns via Google AdWords and Bing.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to gather market intelligence, track trends, and analyze competitor activities.
- Manage the collection, validation, and analysis of marketing and business data from various sources.
- Transform data into actionable insights presented through visualizations such as charts, graphs, dashboards, and correlations, utilizing tools like Excel and Tableau.
- Create and optimize campaigns via AdWords and Bing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; preference given to degrees in business/marketing analytics, information systems, statistics, or marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing business analyst experience required.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, MS Excel and Access is essential, with a strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in executing campaigns on platforms such as Google and Bing, along with expertise in Google Analytics and AdWords.
