Classification: Non-exempt, subject to overtime provisions of Fair Labor Standards Act.Revision Date: 12/2024Job Purpose:The position manages and tracks online sales while overseeing assistants. Will require processing items, writing descriptions and shipping items. Involved in development of salvage material online reselling. Have a communication chain with store managers.Qualifications:Education: No formal education is required.Experience:Strong knowledge of online sales and the second-hand market value.Proficiency with computers is essential.Supervisory experience is a plus.Clearances: Must be able to obtain acceptable results for required background checks, including Act 151Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance and Pennsylvania Criminal History Check. Goodwill will pay forthese clearances.Supervision Received:The Online Retail Operations Manager functions under the direction of the Regional Manager.Skills, Abilities, Duties, and Responsibilities:1. Ability to use technology effectively and efficiently.2. Maintain accurate recordkeeping of all items processed3. Knowledge of antiques and collectibles to ensure items are correctly identified and price.4. Ability to supervise and train other employees.5. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the eComm area and ensuring items are stored neatly6. Prepares orders for shipments so that they arrive safely to the buyers.7. Need to follow Goodwill's policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for staff and customers8. Ability to perform basic job duties with a minimal amount of supervision, exercising good judgment and initiative.9. Operating a pallet jack.10. Utilizing the UKG systems by clocking in and out and submitting timesheets on time.11. Completing all required training throughout the year12. Work congenitally and effectively with other Goodwill store employees and agency employees.13. Maintain hygiene and grooming standards14. Communicate clearly, verbally and in writing15. Ability to work a flexible schedule on short notice, including evenings, weekends, holidays and occasionally long hours (more than 8 hours)16. Must be dependable in attendance and punctuality17. Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 30 lbs frequently and 50lbs occasionally.18. Ability to perform prolonged walking and standing19. Ability to perform frequent bending, stooping, and stretching20.
