Viaero's Online/E-Commerce Sales Representatives are a specialized team that sells Viaero products and services to customers via our website. They speak with customers and potential customers through web-chat and on the telephone in order to assist them with selection and purchase of phones, tablets, internet/home phone services, and accessories. The online sales team members work within a Viaero corporate facility. What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
- Successfully assist customers in the purchase of Viaero products and services
- Execute a needs analysis for each customer
- Maintain a superior level of customer service
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails
- Maintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territory
- Route qualified business account opportunities to the appropriate sales executives
- Follow through on fulfillment of orders
- Respond in a timely manner to customer inquiries, needs and problems
What are the qualifications?
- Previous or current sales experience is REQUIRED to be considered for this role. Outside or inside/internet sales experience is preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus!
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Candidates must be at least 18, have a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass all pre-employment checks, which include driving record, criminal background, and substance screening.
What does Viaero provide to me as an employee? Starting hourly pay ranges between $16 and $17 per hour, and our Associates earn monthly commission based upon sales performance.
