Join a Great Team as an Online Training CoordinatorLancaster Safety Consulting is a nationwide safety consulting company looking for an Online Training Coordinator to join our team! The Online Training Coordinator will work closely with clients to guide them through their LearningManagement Systems (LMS) setup, usage, system training, and provide ongoing support. They'll be involved in the development of content and conduct voiceover work for videos.Job OverviewAccount Development & ImplementationServe as the LMS leader on assigned accounts from the initial setup through ongoing years.Schedule and conduct client kick-off calls and system training calls.Communicate and work with the clients' team to get all of the custom training presentations created, recorded, edited, proofread, and uploaded into the LMS.Perform voiceover work for online training modules and other content such as webinars or videos.Listen to recordings to check for crystal-clear audio and visual quality.Track progress, communicate updates, set priorities, and meet all deadlines.Accurately upload training content with close attention to detail.Complete testing to ensure that the LMS is running smoothly and accurately before send-off.Client Success Support & StrategizingServe as the primary helpdesk support to assigned client accounts.Capable of working with diverse clients and brainstorm how to make the LMS work best for their needs.Communicate updates to the client's team members internally and externally.Maintain up-to-date records of all LMS progress in applicable spreadsheets and CRM.General Requirements:We're looking for an optimistic, high-energy team member that has meticulous attention to detail. The following requirements are desired but we are open to providing on-the-job training for the right person:Degree in Computer Science, Instructional Design, Video Production, or related field preferred.Experience using video animation and/or video editing software ideally.Excellent computer and phone skills. Must be able to learn a variety of systems, including Salesforce, Outlook, GoToConnect, PowerPoint, Word, and other software and data organization systems.Must be organized and able to keep track of details for a large number of projects.Great communication skills (verbal and written).Excellent organizational and time management skills.Details:Monday-Friday 8:00 AM- 4:30 PMLocated in Wexford, PA.Compensation:Starting at $40,000-$45,000 annually, based on experience.Paid time off (PTO) and volunteer time off.Paid Holidays, bereavement pay, jury duty, & maternity/paternity leave.Telecommuting opportunities.3% company retirement contribution.Education assistance available.Eligible to become a Special Government Employee (SGE) as part of OSHA's Voluntary Protection Program after 2 years with the company.Company activities and events throughout the year.#J-18808-Ljbffr
