Job Description This level 1 support position will be providing advanced PC and printer support. Ideal candidates will have Certifications in CompTIA A+, MCP, and/or Network +, preferred; with an associate or bachelor's degree in the field of computer technology and/or work experience as a technician.

- Break/Fix Troubleshooting Related to Desktop Devices
- Service Ticket Triage and Use of Ticketing System/Walk-Up Requests
