Act as a liaison between the clientGetixHealth operations. •Answer inquires on accounts assigned to GetixHealth via emails, calls, and patient walk-ins. Customer service background is a must. •Setting up payment plan requests, placing holds on accounts, canceling accounts, and other general account questions. •Answer account inquires or updating accounts in the client's host system for GetixHealth Customer Service. •Complete credit card reporting from patient payments collected on accounts. •Review status of financial assistance applications •Complete patient credit card refunds processing •Review correspondence review for accounts assigned •Perform insurance follow up to ensure selfpay balance is correct. •Review missing payments or correct posting Rate of Pay: $19.00 - $24.50
