We are searching for an Onsite Representative (OSR), working approximately 20-25 hours per week. Employee will be placed at our client's construction site and will be responsible for keying in worker data into our system, taking worker photos, issuing worker badges, and drug testing as needed per project, as well as other administrative functions. This position includes daily interaction with our clients and the jobsite workforce. Candidates must be punctual, friendly, and engaging. Reliable transportation and a valid state-issued ID is required. You will get to learn how our company ensures that your community construction sites are safe from non-authorized people onsite.Maximise your chances of a successful application to this job by ensuring your CV and skills are a good match.Job Title: Onsite RepresentativeLength of Assignment: Approximately 31 monthsSchedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am to 11:00am; Hours may slightly change once assigned to a project.Responsibilities:-Enter variety of data using our company's proprietary systems-Prepare and sort documents for data entry-Create and distribute worker RFID badges, including taking headshots of workers for badges-Review and enter data updates in the systems-Review discrepancies in data received-Assist with administrative duties at safety orientations-Advise supervisor of issues related to data-Drug testing, as required by the projectQualifications:-Previous experience in data entry or other related fields-Excellent typing skills - Accurately type 35 words per minute-Strong organizational and communication skills-Deadline and detail-orientedExperience & Education:-Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)-High School diploma or equivalent-Bi-lingual in Spanish (Helpful, but not required)
