Position Details:Onsite Services Crib Associates (OSCA) perform warehouse and inventory management responsibilities and functions to support inventory integrity, order processing - picking, packing, staging, and shipping, and general maintenance and housekeeping responsibilities to provide a safe and clean work environment. You will report to On-Site Service Manager. This is a part-time Fri-Sun role. You Will:Receive product from multiple sources including Grainger competitors; put away product and maximize cube spaceProcess backorders to fulfill customer orders and meet order ready timesPicks & stages customer orders to achieve our goals and Customer expectationsPick and prepare orders for customer. (**tracking items removed from crib**)Perform inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracyGrounds keeping and trash collection/disposal to provide a clean appearance for customers and employeesSupport customer service by assisting customers picking up and loading productResolve customer problems promptly in a manner to retain and promote customer loyalty You Have:High School Diploma or equivalent1+ years of experience in related fieldLift 25 to 60lbsOperate computerized scanning equipment and PC based programs including SAPCustomer service and sales growth oriented Rewards and Benefits:With benefits starting day one, Grainger is committed to your safety, health and wellbeing.
