Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year previous experience in retail sales, cash attendant, or other position where money is counted and exchanged preferred
  • Must be detail oriented, and dependable.
  • Must have good verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Must have good customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work successfully in a fast paced and multitasking environment.
  • Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Work hours will vary according to individual customer site schedules. Some work may require weekend commitments.
  • Position requires ability to move freely through hospital 100% of the time.
  • Mobility must include walking, sitting, standing, and occasionally lifting, kneeling, and crouching for periods of time.
  • Must be able to see, hear and have good eye/hand/foot coordination.
Responsibilities:
  • Visit new patients within hospital, explain service, coordinate service start-up, and collect fees for services ordered by patient; Assist patients with home billing, or give instructions on how to charge services to credit cards.
  • Notify Service Department of any equipment issues or problems; provide basic troubleshooting; and reboot systems upon request.
  • Complete deposit records and sales documentation according to Company process and standards.
  • Follow up with patients when service expires for renewals; train hospital patients on how to use the system.
  • Respond to customer questions and inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Attend training classes as required by management.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
