Our onsite role involves supporting various office functions and collaborating with our Corporate, Groups, Onsite, Vacations, and Program Management teams for troubleshooting and problem resolution.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Sabre entries, exchanges, airline policies, ticketing, and refunds.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle phone calls, emails, queue work, and other assigned projects.
- Understand online booking tools (e.g., Concur, Deem) for reservation processing and workflows.
- Familiarity with ARC processing and TRAMS back-office is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate travel experience in a Sabre GDS environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting at all organizational levels, including the C-Suite.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and comfortable with technology and learning new programs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate office setting, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
