Must have at least four years of experience in residential mortgage lending, underwriting, quality assurance or servicing, community development, or related work. Knowledge of real estate-related documents and experience in working with public and private housing and community development programs is preferred.

Essential Duties:
Approve household reservation requests from Member institutions for eligibility and compliance with set-aside regulations, Bank policies, and guidelines.Review household funding requests.Identify and effectively resolve concerns/issues that arise during the household review, funding, and closing processes with Member institutions or housing organizations in connection with regulatory requirements, program practices, and eligibility criteria.Provide assistance to Member institutions and housing organizations in connection with policies and practices of the homeownership set-aside initiatives that the Bank establishes under the AHP.Stay abreast of federal regulations, policies, Bank internal procedures, and other compliance requirements that govern the operation of the set-aside initiatives under the Bank's AHP.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills, communication skills (both oral and written), and confident decision-making aptitude. Must be a team player. PC literacy in Word, Excel and database applications is required.
A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, public administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
