Job Description: Responsibilities: Onspring Platform Configuration:
- Configure, customize, and optimize workflows, processes, and reporting in Onspring to meet organizational needs.
- Design and implement automated processes within Onspring to support business operations.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide ongoing technical support for users, addressing any system issues or challenges.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Onspring-related issues and system errors in a timely manner.
User Training and Documentation:
- Develop training materials and provide training sessions to Onspring users across different departments.
- Create and maintain clear, concise documentation for Onspring configurations, workflows, and best practices.
Collaboration with Teams:
- Work closely with the Ascension cybersecurity team to gather requirements and develop Onspring solutions.
- Coordinate with IT and development teams to integrate Onspring with other systems as required.
System Maintenance and Upgrades:
- Stay up-to-date with Onspring software updates and new features, ensuring the platform is running efficiently.
- Perform regular system maintenance, including data backups and troubleshooting.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Create custom reports and dashboards in Onspring to support decision-making and track business performance in effectively mitigating risk.
- Use data analytics to monitor workflow performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and recommend process improvements within the platform, leveraging Onspring's capabilities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working with Onspring.
- Experience in process management, business workflow optimization, or similar fields.
- Experience with data integration and API management.
- Familiarity with business process management (BPM) principles.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Onspring's functionality and customization options.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
