Professional Experience:Blueprinting: Core understanding of FSD/FDD/WRICEF Objects.Configuration: Setting up and configuring the VIM module, including document types, workflows, and integration with other SAP modules like Financial Accounting and Materials Management.Customization: Work with technical teams to customize the VIM module as per specific business needs, including creating custom workflows, reports, enhancements, and exception error solutions.Process Mapping: Design and map out the invoice management process within SAP, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize invoice processing, reduce cycle times, and improve accuracy.Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP VIM with other SAP modules and external systems, such as Optical Character Recognition (OCR) tools for invoice scanning.User Support: Help teams/business troubleshoot issues, exemption errors, Control M Job monitoring, month-end closing, provide Knowledge Base Articles (KBA), and monitor the SAP VIM system for errors and performance issues, working closely with the technical team to resolve them.Process: Oversee the testing process, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the SAP VIM solution meets business requirements.Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into invoice processing performance, KPIs, and compliance metrics.Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure project success.Communication Skills: Very good communication skills to interact with various business stakeholders in the organization.Experience: Experience in Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and Invoice Extraction Service (IES), Enterprise Scan, and expertise in configuring SAP VIM.Design: Design and configure the OpenText VIM solutions, including workflows, process types, and exception handling.Tooling Experience:OpenText VIMOpenText IES, ESCAN, and Archive ServerGood-to-Have:OpenText VIM/ICC certificationSAP FIORI knowledge and implementation experience on S4HANA#J-18808-Ljbffr
