Automated Health Check & Remediation (Server Health Check, Citrix)

First Level Incident Resolution tasks common for Wintel, Unix, Linux)

First Level Incident Resolution (Server specific)

Incident Identification, Recording and Escalation (Server Specific)

Align parameter changes

Escalate/engage L2/L3 team for IPCR

Execute actions as per the SOP's

Reporting (Server Specific)

24x7 Shift:

7 days in the morning (from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.)

2 days of rest

7 days in the afternoon (from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.)

2 days of rest

7 days at night (from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.)

8 days of rest +2 days of vacation
