Overview:

BODY20 Fort Collins is looking for an operating partner to assist with day-to-day operations as we grow into additional locations. This is an ownership role with equity compensation commensurate with results and equity earned based on membership milestones. This requires a nominal initial buy-in. This can be done part/full time depending on your current situation.

Responsibilities:

  • At least 2-3 days per week in studio helping run day-to-day operations working directly with the studio staff.
  • Tracking and managing to KPI's established by the corporate team and rest of ownership group.
  • Work with the rest of the ownership team to continue process improvement.

    • Requirements:

  • At least 3 years management experience in a retail environment (fitness a plus).
  • At least 3 years sales experience.
  • Proven success growing a brand, with retail B2C a huge plus.
