**Required Education/Experience**
+ Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of customer service, operational, and or logistics experience. or
+ Associate's Degree and 4 years of customer service, operational, and or logistics experience. or
+ High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of customer service, operational, and or logistics experience.
**Relevant Work Experience**
+ Must have demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Office and Mainframe & Web based systems and the ability to coordinate with other departments. Required
+ Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to foster a team spirited work environment in support of Orange & Rocklands and Con Edisons Corporate Values. Required
+ Must be able to balance priorities, handle multiple assignments with changing priorities and take decisive action. Required
+ Must be able to exercise independent judgment and render sound business decisions. Required
+ Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrating a clear and logical style that is easy to understand. Required
+ Must have the ability to work with all levels of management and union personnel. Required
+ Must have thorough knowledge of Company policies and practices, EH&S procedures and practices. Required
+ Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed. Required
+ Familiarity with storeroom operations and knowledge of the various equipment and materials used by various operating organizations is preferred. Preferred
+ Prior experience with various computer systems such as Oracle (EBusiness Suites and PeopleSoft), GINV, WMS, and Transformer Asset System is preferred. Preferred
+ Must be available to work other shifts when necessary. Preferred
+ Prior supervisory experience is preferred. Preferred

+ Driver's License Required
**Physical Demands**
+ Ability to respond to system emergencies
+ Able to work in all weather conditions, i.e. excessive heat and/or cold
+ Perform extended driving through heavy traffic and severe off-road conditions
+ Ability to climb ladders and stairs
+ Ability to work in inclement weather and adverse conditions (i.e., excessive heat, cold, noise, confined spaces)
+ Stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs for the duration of the workday
+ Unload materials from delivery vehicles and deliver equipment and materials to various operating facilities
+ Ability to travel to company locations to work on storm restoration and heat contingencies
+ Wear necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), i.e. fire-retardant clothing and safety harnesses
+ Use personal vehicle(s), and be able to transport, store, and secure company laptops and other job-related equipment in vehicle. Acknowledge that reimbursement for use of personal vehicle is available through the company mileage procedure
**Additional Physical Demands**
+ Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
+ Must be able and willing to travel as needed.
+ The position requires working in all types of weather conditions when in the field, as well as climbing and working in areas of limited space.
