We're on the lookout for a passionate Operation Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • To control the provision of welcome, farewell, accompaniment, lounge, fast track and loyalty program operation services to passengers in accordance with the established rules and procedures in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • To prepare and follow the daily work plans of the employees in order to provide the services without interruption.
  • To make the necessary reporting to the Operations Manager in order to transfer the information, demands and expectations from the passengers regarding the product to the relevant units.
  • To supervise and control the fixtures at the service points, to ensure the solution of malfunctions, to control the order and cleanliness of the service points. Reporting relevant disruptions.
  • To follow the documentation processes such as passenger lists, usage reports, etc., and to control the keeping of the necessary records.
  • To monitor and control the catering, cleaning, etc. services of the lounges in order to ensure the continuity and increase of the satisfaction of the passengers, and to provide the necessary coordination to take the necessary actions.
  • To support the manager in order to provide the necessary support, guidance and feedback regarding performance management, career planning and training development processes in order to support the personal and professional development of the employees and to ensure the realization of the goals.

Skills

  • Upper Secondary Education Graduate. Preferred candidate shall possess a degree in the field of Business, Economics, or Administrative Sciences.
  • Minimum total work experience: 3 years
  • Good level of English
  • MS Office Programs
  • Excellent time and management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
