The Manager, Operational Cash Management will manage the cash management functions for LGA and subsidiaries.

Responsibilities:

Essential Responsibilities.

1.Manage the banking relationship with Wells Fargo

  • Oversee, review and approve the daily cash management function including associated workpapers and journal entries
  • Manage the daily accounting and journalization of operational banking transactions including stop payments, voids and bounced checks
  • Conduct performance reviews and evaluations (hiring/termination) of staff.
  • Manage intercompany reimbursement process
  • Manage the verification and payment of underwriting expense disbursements.
  • Manage the verification and process of employee reimbursement requests.
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned by management
  • Qualifications:

    Education

    BS in Accounting and/or Finance or related degree.

    CPA preferred

    Experience/Knowledge

    7-10 years progressive accounting experience

    5 years management experience

    Knowledge of general accounting practices and general ledger maintenance processes

    Knowledge of Treasury and cash management processes

    Whats in it for you? The expected hiring compensation range for this position is $104,000 - $143,450 annually. This role will be hybrid with 3 or more days in the office.

    The total compensation package for this position may include other elements, such as a sign-on bonus, long term incentives, and annual bonuses. This role is eligible to participate in the Legal & General America Annual Incentive Plan. The current target payment for the position is 20% of base salary, modified for corporate and individual performance. Bonuses are pro-rated based on start date. This role has 20 vacation days and 10 sick days that are accrued on a bi-weekly basis. Employees also have 9 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
