Job DescriptionThe Operational Excellence Champion (Manufacturing) Will:
- Analyze data to identify improvement areas, establish KPIs, and track progress
- Lead Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and continuous improvement events
- Serve as the go-to expert on Lean, OpEx, 6S, Six Sigma, and other methodologies
- Drive process improvements and document cross-functional strategies
- Provide training and lead rapid improvement efforts to enhance productivity
- Manage OpEx projects, track cost savings, and report results

The Successful Applicant- Minimum of 4 years in a lean or operational excellence role within manufacturing
- Comfortable spending a majority of the day on the production floor
- Proven experience facilitating Kaizen events
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (equivalent experience may substitute)
- Lean Six Sigma certified - Black Belt preferred
- 4+ years in process improvement and operational efficiency
- Strong leadership in cross-functional projects
- Familiar with ACE tools (root cause analysis, mistake proofing)
- Local to Bellingham, MA
