Duration: - 3 months (possible extension)Ready to apply Before you do, make sure to read all the details pertaining to this job in the description below.Seeking super users in SAP, S4, VIM and SAP Ariba; Assist in creating and setting up a US-based SAP operational support staff.Understanding of purchasing trends, do proactive business opportunity analysis and risk assessment from an operational procurement viewpoint, and help to continuously enhance the SAP Ariba setup.Responsibilities:Help to design and implement an SAP Operational Support team for the US.Secure that the Operational Procurement Specialists are trained and competent to be able to act as super users of SAP Ariba, S4 & VIM. Ensure the team is updated about the latest ways of working when applying, working in SAP and communicating with the Global Business Operations team.Conduct proactive business opportunity analysis and risk assessment from an operational procurement perspective, based on knowledge of purchasing patterns, and contribute to continuous improvements of the SAP Ariba set-up.Driving Compliance KPIs (PO Compliance, Invoice Match Rate, Pay on Time) for US by secure proper support is provided to end users to do their part correct in the system AND analyze errors to understand the root causes and make proposals to improve fundamental issues.Secure through the Operational Procurement Specialists that suppliers can trade through SAP Ariba with Ingka and have updated catalogue content in SAP Ariba.Build a strong network with function managers, business navigations managers, and requesters within Ingka US. Reach out proactively to connect and establish a trustful relation with all these key stakeholders.Stay up to date with supplier base and help to develop catalog content with Procurement PurchasersWork closely with GBO team to follow through on issues with end usersSecure proper training programs are in place to close knowledge gaps
