Our client, a locally based wealth advisory firm, is looking to add an Operations Specialist to their growing team. The Role

The Operations Specialist will support the team of financial advisors by handling operational and administrative tasks related to annuities, life insurance and disability insurance. This role requires proficiency in application processing, managing policy documentation, coordinating underwriting requirements and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Primary responsibilities of the role include:

• Process and validate insurance and annuity applications, transfer and payments
• Perform data entry and maintain client records
• Review, prepare and distribute contracts and related documents to clients
• Resolve inquiries and coordinate client communication
• Stay up to date on insurance and annuity products, services and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in finance or business is a plus.
• 3+ years' experience in the processing/servicing of life insurance and annuity products required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
• Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment

At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as years of experience and skill level.
