Role: Operational Support Specialist No of position- 4 resources Location: NYC, NY Duration: 24 months+
Responsibilities: - Onsite technology support
- Provide day1 and day 2 support
- Deploy and configure applications
- Ensure sites are online and operational w/ installed HW and SW
- Ensure printers, desktops/laptops, scanners, iPad, tablets (and other devices) are installed, configured, and operational
- Manage application support and installation issues
- Manage incidents
- H/W, S/W, Vendor support when required
- Document technical requirements and guides for each site
- OS Support and updates
- Triaging on-site technology break/fix
