Technical Leadership and Instruction of Operational Employees.
Principal Activities:
Plan and Assure the Loading and Unloading of Containers (i.e. shipping containers, railroad cars, trucks, etc.) According to Guidelines.
Determine Transport Sequence for Multiple Orders.
Book in and Input Data (i.e. packing slips, etc.) in Predefined Screens in the Materials Management Systems.
Organize Inventory Control and Management (i.e. Inventory Levels, Movement, Quantities Used).
Monitor and Coach logistic material handlers to ensure material process flow in all assigned areas are appropriate to meet customer requiements.
Provide Recommendations to Logistics Supervisors regarding Disciplinary Actions, Associate Development, including cross-training, time-off/PTO, and schedule changes to assure daily production quotas.
Ensures that all raw materials and finish good movements performed by the team are reflected in the HOST system correctly and just in time.
Job Requirements:
Highschool Diploma or GED.
3-5 Years of Manufacturing Experience.
SAP, IPST, Host, WMS Systems.
Stand-Up/Sit-Down/Reach Forklift Certification.
Intermediate Level English.
Effective Communications Skills.
