Our client is currently seeking an Operations Accountant to join their growing team. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity!Responsibilities of the Operations Accountant will include:
- Manage treasury functions such as reconciling bank accounts, processing payments, and preparing cash reports.
- Enter information accurately into industry-specific accounting software hosted on the cloud.
- Compile workpapers as part of the quarterly reporting process.
- Implement and review mail merge procedures.
- Prepare GAAP financial statements.
- Handle multiple ad-hoc investor inquiries.
- Maintain and review internal control procedures.
- Update internal client deliverable schedules on a weekly basis.
- Lead teams and clients, leveraging our expertise to propose timelines and deliverables effectively.
Job RequirementsQualifications of the Operations Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field.
- Proficient with software products like Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and OneNote.
