Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the CFO with the day-to-day, monthly and year-end financial closings
- Help manage the forecasting and budgetary process; additional financial analytics as necessary
- Processing and recording of accounts payable transactions and ensure that all invoices are prepared accurately and timely
- Manage the processing of cash receipts, recording of revenue and receivables
- Perform general accounts analysis and reconciliations including bank reconciliations.
- Receive and process sales orders and coordinate with operations on shipment and logistics
Skills & Competencies
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Associates Degree will be considered
- 4+ years of experience in public or corporate accounting
- Experience utilizing MS Excel and an ERP system preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
