The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in project management, problem solving and performing administrative tasks to support the organization's day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for an eager and dynamic individual to gain hands-on experience. This internship is based in our DC office.Responsibilities:
- Assist with the process and discipline related to data management.
- Data entry, specifically storing completed work, and managing inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain financial record keeping.
- Support the HR team in logistics and administrative assignments.
- Operational office related tasks along with supporting in-office events.
- Assigned duties and responsibilities in relation to administrative needs.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in, or a recent graduate of, a bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field of study.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Calendar, Sheets, Drive, etc).
- Experience with Adobe Sign and Excel is a plus.
- Strong understanding of organizational principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
