Job Overview - Operations Contracts Administrator (Construction):

Do you have experience in construction operations? Our client is seeking a dedicated Operations Contracts Administrator to join their expanding team. This full-time role involves supporting the Project Management Team with various administrative tasks, handling contracts, insurance audits, renewals, and ensuring project coordination and safety compliance.

Location: Bucks County, PA

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000/year + bonus

Responsibilities as the Operations Contracts Administrator:

  • Bids Management: Assist in the preparation and submission of project bids.
  • Change Orders: Process and manage change orders for ongoing projects.
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Oversee subcontractor agreements and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Contracts Administration: Handle the drafting, review, and management of contracts.
  • Insurance Management: Conduct insurance audits, manage renewals, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Legal Documentation: Support legal documentation and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
  • Employee Management: Assist with the onboarding and termination process, including employee clearances.
  • Logbooks Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date logbooks for project tracking.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure safety protocols are followed and support safety audits.
  • Vehicles and Equipment: Oversee the management of company vehicles, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications for the Operations Contracts Administrator:

  • Experience: Prior experience in construction operations or project coordination.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with contract administration, insurance audits, and safety protocols.
