Operations Administrator Supervisor - HQ Chatham HQ, Fitted Rigging House, Chatham Historic Dockyard, Chatham, Kent, United Kingdom Req 121 22 November 2024 Ward Security are looking for a highly organised and motivated Operations Administrator Supervisor. The Operations Administrator Supervisor will play a pivotal role and will supervise and oversee the daily performance of the Operations Administration team ensuring efficient delivery of the day-to-day administration and operational tasks and services provided by the team. The Operations Administrator Supervisor will monitor the teams productivity and provide positive feedback and coach where necessary using the company's online training tools and policies. Position : Operations Administrator Supervisor Location: Chatham. Flexibility to work in the London office Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day key functions of the Operations Administration team Act as primary contact for any escalated administrative issues and complaints Resolve operational challenges and report to management where necessary Facilitate the credit control process ensuring purchase orders are chased effectively and efficiently Ensure invoices are raised accurately and in accordance with management account deadlines Identify and implement administrative systems and processes to optimise productivity within the working practice Work to team goals & KPIs and monitor progress of the Operations Administration teams performance Guarantee a consistently high level of customer satisfaction both for internal and external customers Effectively monitor and assist company budgets and costs throughout the financial year Lead project teams when implementing new IT systems and train admin team Monitor and maintain companys compliance and operating procedures Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience working in a supervisory or leadership role 2 years Excellent leadership and decision-making skills Experience of motivating and developing a diverse team High level of administrative and time management skills Experience working in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills at all levels of the organisation Competent use and knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages Who We Are: Ward Security provides security services solutions to a range of UK businesses.
