Job Description:
As an Operations Analyst on our business growth team, you will prioritize and spend most of your time supporting Federal business development efforts with new or emerging agency accounts (e.g., identifying and qualifying leads, managing, and writing proposals).Responsibilities include, but are notlimited to:* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business development decisions* Lead outreach and marketing efforts to new or prospective government and industry points of contact* Manage the development of technical and price proposals in response to government solicitations (e.g., RFIs, Sources Sought, RFPs, RFQs, IFBs)* Independently produce work products needed to plan and manage proposal efforts, such as proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices* Facilitate proposal-related meetings, including technical solution sessions and color team reviews* Assist with the development of technical and price proposals by writing narrative sections, developing graphics, and synthesizing and editing content* Support other business development and proposal operation activities (e.g., content databases, internal SharePoint library management, etc.)* Support contracts administration duties, such as reviewing subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements* Monitor web-based portals such as FedBizOpps, GovWin, Fed Connect, and agency-specific sites to identify new business opportunities across Federal agenciesBenefitsAt Prescient Edge, we believe that acting with integrity and serving our employees is the key to everyone's success.
