Required Qualifications

Education/Experience:

* Bachelor's degree

* 5 years of experience in general accounting and financial reporting

Skills:

* Experience working with an enterprise-wide financial system

* Advanced PC skills and extensive experience with MS Office

* Financial planning and strong analytical skills

* Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

Job Summary

Saunders College of Business at the Rochester Institute of Technology is accepting applications for the position of Operations Analyst. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial information for the college, including but not limited to financial projections, monthly payroll and revenue reconciliations, summer salary processing, Principal Investigator (PI) support, and preparation of reconciliations of externally- and internally-funded grants, capital, gifts, endowments, special projects, and discretionary accounts analysis. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) that reports to the Director of Administrative Operations. After an initial training period, this position will be considered for one remote day per week.
