What You'll Do:
- Execute daily operations processes across the customer order-to-cash lifecycle for retail power customers.
- Ensure strict adherence to operational controls and identify potential gaps for improvement.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with brokers and customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Monitor customer enrollments, drops, billing, payment transactions, and usage data for accuracy.
- Investigate and reconcile discrepancies between payment and billing details.
What You'll Bring:
- 2–5 years of experience in Retail Energy Operations, preferably in the PJM market.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Experience with payment applications and EDI transactions (a plus).
- Quantitative data analysis experience (a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
