Job Description:

Operations and Maintenance Technician Regenis, LLC is currently seeking an Operator/Mechanical Maintenance Technician to work on Dairy Anaerobic Digester and Renewable Natural Gas Facilities (renewable energy) in the Shawano, WI area. The facility includes a mixed plug flow digester, boiler, manure and water pumps, manure separators and conveyors, gas blowers, compressors, membranes, dryers, PLC's and instruments, and additional auxiliary equipment.This is a day shift position, with options for Wednesday through Sunday, Saturday through Wednesday, or Monday through Friday. Please indicate your desired shift when submitting your resume.Pay, Incentives, and Benefits:Wage Range: $30 -$35/hr, DOEBenefit options: Health Savings Account, Vision, Disability, & 401k with company matchCompany Paid Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance for employee Accrued Paid Time Off (Our PTO accumulates at a rate that exceeds the state-mandated minimum.)6 HolidaysEmployee Referral Bonuses & Safety Recognition ProgramEducation Reimbursement ProgramEmployee Assistance Program and Counselor on staffEmployee Discount ProgramOngoing training and education, and professional developmentJob Description:The Operator/Mechanical Tech will demonstrate ownership of personal and process safety, supporting a strong safety culture while working effectively, collaboratively, and respectfully on the Regenis team, as well as outside maintenance contractors.Show a high level of initiative and self-motivation to learn and follow facility processes and seek out assistance when neededMonitor and record instrument dataData entry of site operating performance and maintenance activitiesPerform planned and un-planned maintenance activitiesFollow standard operating procedures for plant maintenanceMaintain a variety of pumps, motors, and other equipmentTroubleshoot and repair controls and instrumentationOil and filter changes on blowers, pumps, and compressorsCleaning and maintaining conveyorsOperate and maintenance of manure separation equipmentMaintain site cleanliness and appearanceQualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's licenseDrug-free including Cannabis (must be able to pass drug test and be part of random testing program)Solid work ethic and willingness to learnBe able to work all days and shifts, periods of On-Call status will be required ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, WELDING experience preferredDairy farm background a plus Be willing and able to work in inclement weather and get dirty. Physically able to lift and/or maneuver, motors, pumps, gear boxes and pipe weighing in excess of 100 lbs.
