This role provides an exciting opportunity to help shape a company from the ground up. This position will have wide ranging responsibilities and exposure, interfacing with every business aspect of a new technology company and will be critical to the success of the company.
The role will have two main focuses of effort:
Operations:
- Work closely with the founders to update or establish operational and logistical procedures, processes, and workflows
- Manage day to day operations of returns processing, communicating with customers, merchants and other stakeholders as needed
- Includes item management and packaging/shipping
- Process improvement and automation will be prevalent throughout
Sales:
- Develop pipeline of potential residential community customers and actively sell the service. This will involve meeting with leasing and property management
- Process improvement and maturation of the sales process as the company moves toward pitching to commercial and portfolio level customers
- Preparation of pitch materials for customers, partners and investors
