Position Overview: Federal Work Study students will provide supervised support to adult learners through recruitment, enrollment, assessments, and throughout their program helping students navigate challenges and barriers to reaching their goals. Essential Functions: Assist with logistics of setting up training as the Program Coordinator instructs, such as printing agenda and sign-in sheets. Assist the Program Coordinator in monitoring the whereabouts of tutors, and volunteers via email or phone Assist the Program Coordinator in looking for tutoring/class meeting sites Assist with volunteer information management Assist with student attendance tracking Assist with volunteer hours tracking Assist teachers with class preparation by getting materials ready or setting up equipment, such as computers before class starts Help manage Learning for All's libraryQualifications/Skills: Strong communication skills Strong time management skills Ability to follow directions and follow through as supervised Proficient with basic computer usage, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Refined and well-organized multi-tasking skills Nonprofit experience preferred, but not requiredAdditional Information: Location:

- Schedule & hours are flexible between M-Th 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
