Responsibilities: • Serve as a backup for client intake, assisting with scheduling and ensuring excellent client onboarding experiences. • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. • Coordinate with IT vendors to resolve technology issues and maintain operational systems. • Handle administrative tasks, including mailings, court filings, and light office upkeep. • Oversee the Client Care Program, fostering positive client relationships and satisfaction. • Support firm events, including estate planning workshops (some after-hours attendance required). • Maintain and update organizational systems, deadlines, and internal processes to enhance efficiency. Qualifications: • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. • Proficiency with technology and willingness to troubleshoot IT issues. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Previous experience in administrative or operational roles preferred. Compensation: $16.50 - $20 hourly
