Great Valley Advisor Group ( GVA Â ) is looking to add an experienced individual to their growing Asset Management team with the title of Operations Associate. This role requires a combination of excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently. The Operations Associate plays a critical role in facilitating an exceptional experience for the advisors of GVA Asset Management in account opening, maintenance, and reporting for their clients.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESInteract with advisors & their teams, providing a high level of customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.Collaborate with other GVA Operations Team members to meet advisor and/or client needs and resolve issues.Maintain client databases, update records, and manage all tasks and notifications on time.GVA Asset Management Client Account Opening & Asset Transfers (Client Onboarding)Communicate with advisors & their teams to gather necessary information for account opening & asset transfers.Address client inquiries and provide information regarding account opening procedures.Ensure a positive and professional experience for advisors & their clients throughout the account opening process.Manage confidential and sensitive information, exercise discretion, and maintain a high level of professionalism.Collect and review required documentation for account opening, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.Input client information into the system accurately and efficiently.Coordinate with different departments within the organization to facilitate the account opening process.Verify client identities and perform necessary due diligence checks.GVA General Operational SupportCollaborate with and/or support other GVA Leaders & Operations Team members to further the objectives of the organization.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
