OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
: Job Details :

Our client, a well-established company in South Joran, UT is looking to hire an Entry Level Operations Associate to start right away! This position will involve assisting one or more departments with tasks to ensure the smooth operations of the department(s). This role will be on-site 5 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain positive client relationships
• Manage incoming calls from external clients and internal reps
• Assisting with various issues related to financial operations and ensure prompt resolution.
• Follow protocol to process requests and escalate if needed
• Providing support and meet service goals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to establish/maintain positive relationships
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
