JOB OVERVIEW
- Staff lead responsible for all routine ministry events to ensure safety, security, and proper maintenance of the building
- Lead, oversee and facilitate the successful set up for all church events
- Provide repair and maintenance support for the facilities team including light mechanical, carpentry, electrical and plumbing repair projects
- Provide support for the operations team including door lock schedules, setting up and resetting of rooms and cleaning spills and messes
- Learn the Campus Operations maintenance strategies and new skills
- Must be available to work, days, evenings, and weekends

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must complete our Assessment here within 2 business days of applying
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced event delivery work environment
- Must have experience at event management and know how to set up different conference/events
- Experience in light maintenance such as replacing light bulbs and/or ballasts, touching up paint, small drywall repairs, electrical and plumbing repairs, etc. (Report to supervisor any work that is outside of your capacity and requires an outside contractor)
- Willing to learn the operation and maintenance of our facility work environment, building and other control apparatus and devices to include pneumatic, and direct digital control systems
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Apple operating system
- Ability to perform job duties that require standing, kneeling, crouching, twisting upper body, working in cramped positions in small opening and climbing hand over hand, lifting and carrying 50 pounds independently, and working on ladders/lifts
- Must complete Operations team training on proper lifting techniques and workplace safety procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing as required to communicate with customers, supervisors, and other employees and to complete work-related documentation
- Ability to work in a team environment
- The ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
- Must have unrestricted rights to work in the USA

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
