Position available for a mature, professional and extremely detail oriented individual to join our independent financial planning firm in San Luis Obispo. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with high-net worth clients and professionals across various levels both internally and externally. Must have excellent follow-through and be a self-starter. The Operations Associate is responsible for providing an excellent experience to clients by providing the highest level of quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from clients and business partners pertaining to account administration
- Proactively communicate with clients or business partners on issues and obtain/present solutions to issues
- Respond to client's e-mails and voicemails same day of receipt
- Prepare client paperwork for account establishment and maintenance
- Proactively track new account funding
- Process check/security received
- Handle clients ACH/check transfer requests and follow through completion
- Provide effective cash management services for client accounts
- Perform account research as necessary
- Prepare paperwork and reports required for client reviews
- Organize and maintain client files
- Interact with business partners with professionalism
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of investment programs that we are utilizing
- Continually evaluate day to day activities for process improvement opportunities
- Manage assigned projects
- Develop and maintain written systems of all activities
Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Phone skills and customer service
