We are on track to grow our sales by 2.5x YoY. We are expanding our alternative channels in parallel, with airlines, airports, hotels, and corporate partners. The options for our growth are limitless, and we are seeking a rockstar individual to lead our supply chain operations and scale for success.

Your Role

• Place POs for all finished goods and raw materials, and ensure a timely receipt.
• Manage the accuracy of all inventory in Freestyle's IMS system and across 3rd party partners.
• Oversee B2B and B2C order processing & fulfillment, with support from Freestyle's operations associate.
• Coordinate 3PL inventory needs across warehousing and logistics
• Build, develop and maintain key relationships with supply chain partners.
• Manage all demand and replenishment plans for Freestyle's Amazon and other online marketplace channels.
• Support on the execution of new product launches.
• Maintain KPIs and build critical reports for the operation and business

What You Need

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years of experience in operations, preferably in CPG (experience with manufacturers, suppliers, or retailers is a bonus)
• Experience in demand / supply planning and inventory management is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn to use new tools/systems
