Job Summary:
As an Operations Associate at GERLOFTIN Wealth Advisors, you will be a key contributor to our operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:
- Facilitate the efficient opening and maintenance of client accounts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies during account setup.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and information.
2. Move Money Requests:
- Process client requests for fund transfers, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
- Execute transactions accurately and within specified timeframes.
- Monitor and track transaction status to ensure timely completion.
3. Client Interaction:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding account status, transactions, and general inquiries.
- Collaborate with advisors to address client needs effectively.
4. Marketing Assistance:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in various marketing efforts.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to maintaining a consistent and professional brand image.
5. Seminar Attendance:
- Actively participate in retirement seminars hosted by GERLOFTIN Wealth Advisors.
- Engage with attendees, answer queries, and represent the firm professionally.
6. Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive client information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and regulatory purposes.
Qualifications:
- Preferred bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years previous experience in a similar operational role within the financial services or wealth management industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, account management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Energetic and positive mindset, fostering a collaborative work environment, and contributing to a culture of success.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial software systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
